Process X-Ray: in 2 weeks, know what a process costs and what a solution would deliver
We don't start with a solution – we start with the process. The Process X-Ray shows in numbers where time and money are lost, and whether standard software, an interface, automation or AI is the right answer. Or whether an investment isn't worth it at all.

Frequently asked questions
Which companies does altavios work for?
Mid-sized companies in every sector – wherever processes get stuck between ERP, Excel and email. Our case studies come from mechanical engineering (FIBRO Rundtische) and from travel and events (EMU Exclusive Travel).
Does altavios replace our ERP or CRM?
No. We connect and extend your existing systems. We only recommend new software where the benefit justifies the effort – and we tell you openly when your existing system is enough.
Where is our data stored, and is it GDPR-compliant?
We work in line with the GDPR and use European providers such as StackIT, Hetzner or IONOS by default. On request, your data stays entirely in Germany or in your own infrastructure. We align AI projects with the EU AI Act.
Who owns the results?
The results of the Process X-Ray are yours – even if you implement with another provider. We agree the rights to custom-built software with you in the contract.
